Mr. Sloan has practiced law for 34 years, and his practice has done everything from litigation to transactional work. Mr. Sloan has handled cases in the federal and state courts, as well as administrative tribunals, such as the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board and the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board. Though his practice has primarily been in general civil litigation, there has been an emphasis on real estate matters.
Additionally, Mr. Sloan has acted as a general consultant for businesses and individuals. He participated in a trade mission to Egypt with the World Trade Association, which included several California state senators and about 20 businesses.
